1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Helios Crest (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Helios Crest grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Helios Crest and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence to generate quizzes, learning paths, and other educational content ("AI Content"). While we strive for accuracy, AI Content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Helios Crest is not liable for any reliance placed on such AI Content. You are encouraged to verify critical information.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Helios Crest, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
